Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our products we are happy to refund or exchange for something else provided that any issues are notified within 24 hours of delivery and all items are returned to our shop at 403 Bay Street Brighton within that same time period. Please note we will not provide refunds/replacements without a return of product.
Please also note we cannot guarantee how long flowers will remain fresh once they leave our climate controlled environment especially in the warmer summer months and that we recommend flowers are placed into fresh water as soon as delivered, that the stems be re-cut before placed into water and that flowers are kept in a cool environment. We also recommend regularly changing the water to help keep the flowers fresh and last longer.
