Online deliveries are available for Tuesday – Friday only (please call the store to discuss if a Monday or Sunday delivery is required)
All online orders are for next day delivery. If you require a same day delivery please call the store to discuss
If we cannot access the home/property and there is no safe place to leave the flowers we will endeavour to call yourself or the recipient to arrange a re-delivery.
Please note re-delivery fees may apply if we are unable to access the home/property on the first delivery attempt.
If a specific delivery time is required please call the store to discuss – we will do our best to accommodate any any requests for specific time deliveries if you call through to request but these may not always be feasible and may also incur higher delivery fees.
